Corian is the brand name for a solid surface material created by DuPont. It is composed of acrylic polymer and alumina trihydrate (ATH)

Plywood is a manufactured wood panel made from thin sheets of wood veneer. It is one of the most widely used wood products.

Wood Veneers

In woodworking, veneer refers to thin slices of wood, usually thinner than 3 mm (1/8 inch), that typically are glued onto core panels (typically, wood, particle board or medium-density fiberboard) to produce flat panels such as doors, tops and panels for cabinets, parquet floors and parts of furniture.

Accoya® wood is a high performance wood. Created from sustainably-sourced wood, Accoya® undergoes a proprietary, non-toxic acetylation process that permanently modifies the wood to the core.

MDF - Medium Density Fibreboard

MDF is an engineered wood-based sheet material made by bonding together wood fibres with a synthetic resin adhesive.

Medite Tricoya MDF

Medite Tricoya is made using a high performance resin which is also zero added formaldehyde, making the product not only exceeding EU E1 but also CARB2 compliant.

Medite Flame Retardant MDF

The flame retardant MDF panels used by Jacobs Joinery are panels that have been developed by Medite for use in situations where Euro Class B or Euro Class C flame retardant boards are required by pertinent building regulations.

Trespa plate is made by compressing impregnated paper or wood fibres and epoxy, phenolic or polypropylene resin at high pressure and high temperature. A special surface made with Electronic Beam Curing, a coating technique developed by Trespa, ensures durability and scratch resistance.
